Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Runnax (“we”) collects through runnax.com and our early-access runs, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
- Run requests. When you use the “Request a run” form, we receive your email address and the short description you type. The form does not accept files.
- Project files. If you send us site drawings (DXF), AGi32 files, IES files or dimensions by email, we receive those files and the information in them.
- Email. Anything you write to kyan@runnax.com.
- Server logs. Our web server keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
- To reply to you and to run the engine on the site you sent.
- To operate and secure the website.
3. Project files
Project files are used only for your run. We delete them 30 days after the run, and we never use them to train any model.
4. Who processes your information
We do not sell personal information. We use these service providers:
- Amazon Web Services — hosting for the website and the engine.
- Amazon SES (part of AWS) — delivers run requests from the form to our inbox.
- Google Workspace — our email.
We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of Runnax and others.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It may remember small preferences in your browser's session storage, such as silencing the on-page assistant.
6. Retention
Run requests and email are kept as long as we need them to work with you, then deleted. Project files are deleted 30 days after the run.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to kyan@runnax.com.
8. Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
