2026-11-05 · Pole layouts for new lots and added poles

  • Draw where poles may and may not go; it searches for the fewest new poles (1 to 6, one model and one height) that meet your horizontal targets and rechecks the top three with a full calculation.
  • The result says whether every layout with fewer poles was tried; otherwise it says the layout cannot be called the fewest.
  • Existing lots: keep every existing pole as it is and search for the fewest added poles.
  • Setbacks and local height limits are asked once, with their source, and go into the report appendix. You confirm each pole base before the final run.
  • Limits: pole bases only (arms, foundations and ground conditions are not modelled); tested on synthetic sites.

2026-11-04 · Property-line light, GR glare, BUG and zonal lumens

  • Direct vertical illuminance at sample points on the property line, against the limits you enter, each with its source.
  • GR (CIE 112) at up to 8 observer points you choose, as a reported value, not a pass/fail.
  • LCS zonal lumens and B-U-G rating (TM-15-20 Appendix A) of each luminaire, disclosed for information.
  • None of these is a compliance determination.

2026-11-03 · Public launch: self-service sign-up

  • Any company can sign up with an email link: 30 calculations per organization, up to 5 per day.
  • Upload your own IES files; each is checked by the engine before you can enable it.
  • On the poles you place, it picks the luminaire and aiming among your candidates, or says none meets your targets.
  • Result page, customer report (HTML and PDF) and a ZIP package with point-by-point CSVs and an installation table, in English or Chinese.
